New Patient Information
We welcome new patients of all ages! Here is what to expect at your first visit:
- Complete your patient forms online or arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out
- Bring your dental insurance card and a valid photo ID
- Share any medical history, medications, or allergies with our team
- Comprehensive exam including digital X-rays and oral cancer screening
- Personalized treatment plan discussed clearly with no pressure
- Our team will review your insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs upfront
Office Hours & Scheduling
Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer select Saturday appointments for patients who cannot visit during the week. To schedule an appointment, call us at 925-447-0440 or use our online appointment request form.
Emergency and urgent dental cases are prioritized. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, contact our office immediately and we will work to see you as soon as possible.
