FAQ’s to FastBraces®

Posted .

Here at Smiles Unlimited, we understand that no everyone is equipped with the knowledge of new braces and technology available to straighten your teeth. That is why our team is happy to provide you with some basic FAQ’s to about Fastbraces®, and why they are a successful form of orthodontic treatment, and how they can help your smile.

How do Fastbraces work?
Fastbraces has a unique design that is able to move the top and root of your teeth simultaneously, rather than moving one of them at a time. Traditional braces move the top and roots in separate steps, increasing the time you have to wear braces.

How long does it take to see the result from Fastbraces?
Instead of waiting 2 or 3 years with traditional braces, Fastbraces can give most people straighter smiles in about a year, however, the exact time does vary from person-to-person. In fact, there are plenty of people who have seen remarkable results from their Fastbraces in just a few months.

Are Fastbraces safe?
Yes! Fastbraces is the original fast and safe patented braces system developed by Dallas orthodontist, Dr. Anthony Viazis. With safety in mind, Dr. Viazis developed a system that could straighten teeth differently than the conventional braces, thus allowing for a fast, safe, and affordable solution. Thanks to his amazing work, we are able to utilize this system for safe, fast, and effective results.

Do all patients qualify for Fastbraces?
Not all patients do qualify, however about 80% of them do. The only conditions that Fastbraces does not address are impacted teeth, surgical cases, and TMJ pain, as well as some extreme underbites or multidisciplinary or unique cases.
